Return Policy and Refund / Cancellations
- We have a 21 day return policy (from date of delivery) that will result in a 20% restocking fee which is based on the original item purchase price.
- The return shipping and handling costs are at your expense solely. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Return policy credits will be null and void if unauthorized modification or user abuse is evident. We solely reserve the right of judging any and all damage to the entire unit. Normal wear from intended use is acceptable.
- Credits will be issued to the original purchaser only, and to the credit card used to create the order.
- Return or refund is not available after the 21 day time period indicated above.
- This return/refund policy is only applicable to units bought directly from Nomad Manufacturing and Distributing Ltd. (If purchased from another supplier or distributor, please contact them for their return policies and procedures).
- As shipping and handling arrangements must be made to place an order, cancellation of your order must take place within 24 hours of placing an order, whether they were made on-line or otherwise. Please commit to your order before making it.
- Retail price of our units are subject to change on this website due to unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, market conditions or production and material costs. The decision to alter the retail price is solely our responsibility.
- Limited inventory or backorders are conditions of business. We will notify you in the event there are delays in our ability to place an order.
