  • Preferred method of payment is by major credit cards, Visa and MasterCard, at this time.
  • We are not able to accept any credit cards from international banks also at this time (please contact us at info@nomadmfg.ca for ordering assistance).
  • If uncomfortable using credit cards online, your order will be processed as soon as we receive your certified check or bank draft, along with your shipping instructions. This alternative method of purchasing must be initiated by contacting us via toll free phone number 1-866-599-8594.
  • Canadian orders are subject to currency exchange at the time of transaction processing as well as applicable sales taxes in your province or territory.
  • Shipping and Handling charges will normally calculate in real-time charges to your destination via FedEx, unless disabled for reasons out of our control. Failing which, shipping and handling charges will be calculated based on a default predetermined amount.
  • Shipping and Handling charges will be added to every order placed on-line, no exceptions, and will be added to the item(s) purchased to create a total amount charged for the transaction.
  • Shipping instructions will usually initiate within a 48 hour time period, and in most cases, ship to destination within a 21 day time period, unless otherwise specified and paid for. This is subject to current available inventory, backorder situations, or shipping issues out of our control.
  • If any errors made through the shipping process, again for issues out of our control, we reserve the right to correct it.
  • We reserve the right to decline any purchase order because of, but not limited to, fraudulent credit card intent on this website, and we will notify the proper authorities.
